Nathaniel C. Hicks (“Nate”) has been active in technology and entertainment finance since 2001. He specializes in operations, financial due diligence, and financial modeling, collaborating with strategic and financial firms worldwide.

A magna cum laude graduate of Samford University, Nate is a former professional golfer and member of various esteemed clubs, including the East India and Royal Scots Club. He is a Member and Officer of the Order of St. John and serves All Saints Beverly Hills.

Michael Polis is a seasoned executive with a unique blend of expertise in technology startups, digital media, and intellectual property development.

Michael was President of Wild Hair Media, driving digital engagement and scaling strategies for global brands, entertainers, and athletes. A four-time Emmy nominee, his notable projects include Muppets, Mirrormask, and Yo Gabba Gabba! He holds an MBA from Northeastern and lives in Los Angeles with his family.

With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, Patrick specializes in creating impactful solutions across industries. His background in Industrial Design enables him to develop user-friendly products that resonate with consumers. 

As a co-founder of a publicly traded market leader (BLN.TO), he’s honed skills in strategic growth and innovation, with experience spanning startups, management, and business advisory.
