NNathaniel C. Hicks (“Nate”) is Founder and Managing Partner of XetaHoldings LLC, helped developed XetaVault and XetaWare edge and data center technologies. Active in technology and entertainment finance since 2001, he leads operations, finance, and global partner transactions. A magna cum laude Samford University graduate, Nate is an Officer of the Order of St. John and a member of the East India Club and Royal Scots Club.

Michael R. Polis is a Partner at XetaOne and a four-time Emmy-nominated executive specializing in technology startups, digital media, and intellectual property. At XetaOne, he helps guide advancements in compact, energy-efficient server technology. He is also CEO of Atomic Toybox Entertainment and President of Wild Hair Media, collaborating with major studios like Marvel and Scott Free Productions. He holds an MBA from Northeastern University.

Patrick Rousseau, partner at XetaHoldings LLC, is a strategic Executive with 20+ years driving operational excellence across emerging tech, currently leading enterprise growth in computing, cloud security and structuring private equity initiatives. As an innovator, he combines a background in industrial design with a track record of successful corporate exits.

Alasdair Shaikh is Managing Partner of XetaVault GB Limited, driving European expansion for XetaOne’s edge systems across UK, EU, and Five Eyes markets. A governance and fundraising specialist with 15+ years of board leadership, he has raised over £100 million across commercial and charitable sectors. He serves as Deputy Chairman of the East India Club, Chair of Trustees for the Sussex Catholic Education Trust, and a Fellow of the RSA.

Dayna Roberts is Co-Founder of XetaHoldings, leading brand strategy, marketing, stakeholder communications, and strategic business development. She excels at translating complex technology into compelling narratives for investors and partners. With over 15 years of leadership experience, Dayna is Co-Chair of the LA Region of the Order of St. John, an Ambassador for the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, and holds a B.A. from Samford University.

William Oswald brings 40 years of international executive leadership and advisory experience across multiple sectors in 50 countries. A former British Army Captain, he has built sector-first market leaders, advised fintech institutions, and served as Chairman and Trustee for major UK organizations. William has lectured in financial modelling for university startups and serves as a senior advisor across commercial and charitable sectors.
